1. Order Processing Time
The maximum order processing time is 24 hours.
The order processing time is the time used by Gbort by Gonzalez Escalona to pack and ship your products. Our main warehouse is located in Switzerland so the maximum processing time is 24 hours. Once your product is at the local shipping company, you will receive a status notification.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Remember that once the order process is completed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
The provider of shipments & deliveries that we use in Switzerland is The Post. Generally the delivery type used is PostPac Economy, Inexpensive mailing in 2 working days.
Only upon request from our customers We can use the following shipment services:
- Fast PostPac Priority where the parcel delivery is on the next working day,
- ExpressSwiss-Express “Moon”, where the parcels delivered are established by 9 a.m of the following day.
Please note that to use these last two listed services, you must complete the order before 11:30 am.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to offer shipments outside of Switzerland.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
